This Agreement ("Terms") is a binding contract between the member ("you") and the platform ("Company", "we"). By registering or using the platform you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
You confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.
2. Nature of Services
The platform provides an automated network-marketing auto-pool system. Services are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of specific financial outcomes.
3. Joining & Placement
Membership activates after the joining fee is deposited and approved. Placement in the global pool is automatic and follows fixed first-available, left-to-right rules. The Company controls the operation and configuration of the pool system.
4. Bonuses & Pools
All bonuses and pool distributions follow the configured percentages and eligibility rules. No fixed income or guaranteed return is promised or implied. The Company may modify fees, percentages, levels, and eligibility at any time.
5. Withdrawals & Re-entry
Earnings are split between a withdrawable balance and a re-entry wallet per the configured ratio. Re-entry placements are automatic. Withdrawals are subject to minimums and admin approval.
6. Member Conduct
Members must not create multiple fraudulent accounts, manipulate the system, or attempt unauthorised access. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
7. Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, particularly for policy violations or suspicious activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
9. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Final Acceptance
By using this platform you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
